03RD Summit is a Marketing and Sales event promoted by the company Resultados Digitais from Florianópolis, which had its 5th edition in 2017 and presented its audience with more than 150 lectures, divided into 8 different rooms, including the Plenary, with capacity for 5,000 people.
In 2017, RD Summit , the largest Marketing and Sales event in buy real estate agent email list America, received approximately 8,500 people, including our CEO Rafael Dariva and myself, Adriano Foss, who, as a Digital Marketing Consultant, could not be left out, right?!
Although there was so much technical knowledge going on in various places at the event, about “How to Do” any process related to digital strategies, it was in the “Why Do” questions that we noticed the most progress, in relation to the other events we attended.
Therefore, we have separated 7 lessons to share with you, entrepreneur, which we brought as a reference, from what we saw in these 3 days of immersion in a lot of content and learning.

Major cases from the Brazilian and international digital market have given us many insights into the importance of having a digital marketing plan focused on the customer, that is, prospecting real results for companies by offering products and services that make people's lives easier or better in some way, offering them what they need or want, which should be detected based on their behavior recorded on the internet.
Technology provides us with great tools to help us get to know our customers better, and so the main idea at the moment is to distance ourselves from old convictions and decisions made based on past experiences.
Avinash Kaushik , master of Web Analytics, editor-in-chief of the Occam's Razor blog and digital marketing evangelist at Google, has shown everyone how analyses related to people's interests on the internet conflict with the way marketing has always been done, segregating and dividing people into profiles based on stereotypes.
According to Avinash, companies need to learn how to better use the tools already available to map the interests of their potential customers, and then offer them content that leads to a more pleasant shopping experience.
