Administration as the backbone of companies and corporations

The act of managing, planning, controlling and directing various resources available to a person or organization in order to achieve a series of objectives. But before starting, it is important to reflect: What do we consider administration to be for each of us?
Administration has a fundamental value in the functioning of a country, company, home and in any action of a minor or major extent that generates economic impact. This is how I will explain the relevance of this activity in the day to day and how it should be managed so as not to feel overwhelmed or stressed in this process.
Probably, for many, as the word itself says, it serves to manage or organize. But perhaps we should go beyond the literal meaning of the concept and say that it is something that governs our lives and allows us to make the best decision based on a number of parameters that are given until reaching the result.
We could certainly consider it as a science that allows us to satisfy a need, solve a problem and model for a specific purpose.
I still remember a phrase we had at one time from a former boss who said that the lower profile and unnoticed the administration is, the more efficient and effective it will be. Therefore, when the day comes when they are no longer as required as before, it means that you have done well and managed to make everything flow more harmoniously. From an organizational perspective, administration is relevant to the fulfillment of goals, objectives and how it becomes a fundamental support and pillar of the organization.
When I say that administration is a backbone, it is because administration is always present in most of the tasks that are carried out, whether it is winning a bid for a project or having office supplies for a collaborator.
Currently, I am part of the administrative area of the Corporation of Simon of Cyrene. Day by day we are supporting different areas and people for emergencies that may arise. We need to provide help or support.

In point 4, learning is closely related to the second point (knowing how to say no). As I pointed out before, there are tasks, daily actions and queries that can be resolved by each of you with the help of protocols, administration policies and procedures. Being administration does not mean that you should ask them everything. There are many things that with a little thought or a little thought you can solve perfectly on your own.
